What Are You Reading On? (2)

Welcome to another What Are You Reading On?, a meme founded by yours truly, Courtney Wyant.     What Are You Reading on is a meme telling about books you plan on reading, reviewing, or just staring at the written pages before you.  It is pretty much telling why you are planning to do one, some, or all of the processes I listed above.  So feel free to grab my image and have the meme on your blog daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or randomly- as I am known to do.

So here is my list in no particular order, feel free to tell me to stop rambling in the comments because I do have a terrible habit of doing so.

Here is a my What Are You Reading On from a week ago:
________________________________________________________________________________

    Title: Easy
    Author:  Tammara Webber
    Series:  Stand alone
What Are You Reading On? : Already read up for review.

When Jacqueline follows her longtime boyfriend to the college of his choice, the last thing she expects is a breakup. After two weeks in shock, she wakes up to her new reality: she’s single, attending a state university instead of a music conservatory, ignored by her former circle of friends, stalked by her ex’s frat brother, and failing a class for the first time in her life.

Her econ professor gives her an email address for Landon, the class tutor, who shows her that she’s still the same intelligent girl she’s always been. As Jacqueline becomes interested in more from her tutor than a better grade, his teasing responses make the feeling seem mutual. There’s just one problem—their only interactions are through email.

Meanwhile, a guy in her econ class proves his worth the first night she meets him. Nothing like her popular ex or her brainy tutor, Lucas sits on the back row, sketching in a notebook and staring at her. At a downtown club, he disappears after several dances that leave her on fire. When he asks if he can sketch her, alone in her room, she agrees—hoping for more.

Then Jacqueline discovers a withheld connection between her supportive tutor and her seductive classmate, her ex comes back into the picture, and her stalker escalates his attention by spreading rumors that they’ve hooked up. Suddenly appearances are everything, and knowing who to trust is anything but easy.

Oh.My. Book. I could just fall in love with this book all over again.  I read it the day I borrowed it from my aunt through Lend Me.   Since I am on a buying ban for the moment.  Just to let you know I can not wait to write a review with this one..... It has a guy covered in tattoos, so that should be a tell-all that you should go pick it up and sleep with the book against your chest for the rest of your life even before I get into my review.  Look for it in the next 1 hour to 10 days ;)

Title: Fall For You
Author:  Cecilia Gray
Series: A Jane Austen Academy Novel
What Are You Reading On? To Read and Review

The last thing that the girls at the elite Jane Austen Academy need is hot guys to flirt with. Please. They need to stay focused on something that lasts much longer: an acceptance letter from an Ivy.

But over the summer the school has been sold, and like it or not, the guys are coming. And it's about to turn the Academy--and the lives of its students--totally upside down...
* * *

To say Lizzie and Dante are polar opposites is the understatement of the century. He's a snooty Exeter transfer with more money than Google. She's a driven study-a-holic barely keeping up with tuition. It's obvious that Dante thinks he's way too good for Lizzie. And Lizzie knows Dante is a snob with a gift for pushing her buttons.

But things are changing fast this year at the Academy. And when Lizzie's quest to stop those changes blows up in her face, taking her oldest friendship with it, she has nowhere else to turn but to Dante, with his killer blue eyes, his crazy-sexy smile, and his secrets... Secrets Lizzie can't seem to leave alone, no matter how hard she tries...

What Am I Reading On?

This is one I honestly picked for the cover and the fact that it had Jane Austen on the front of it.  Even though I didn't enjoy Pride and Prejudice - maybe it is the age I am right now- whenever I see Jane Austen Retelling I am usually jumping up and down squeeling and thinking- YES!!  I am going to Loooove   this book!  Let's just hope that Cecilia Gray doesn't let this chica down.

Title: The Color of Grace
Author:  Linda Kage
Series:  Stand Alone
  Meet sixteen-year-old Grace Indigo:
What Am I Reading On?  Already read, waiting to review.
Hey. When my mother remarried after thirteen years of being a widow, I had to move to a new town and enroll in a new school. Suddenly thrust into an entirely different kind of life, I just wanted to go home. I didn’t want to meet new people, didn’t want to leave my old friends, didn’t want to become a third wheel to my mom and her husband...and I really didn’t want to see Ryder Yates again. Ugh, I still don’t know why I turned down that too-good-to-be-true boy who flirted with me when we were attending separate schools.

But honestly, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. It was worse.

Who knew becoming lost in a new life could help a girl find her true colors?

Just stay away from Ryder.  He is mine and he is coming in the mail as we speak in a wooden box with holes..... Yes, I have our wedding planned your all invited. ;)  I never thought that I would ever get drove crazy from not being able to write a review.  I have another few months before I can tell you all about my hubby...  Just one thing about the Summary- even though the story makes you think it is a simply, drama filled, highschool romance- you are partially right but it is so dynamic because yes, it does have a certain simplicity that only Linda Kage can write, but its plot is so in depth.  The only book that this one has to beat it The Stillburrow Crush and Shatter Me by Tahara Mafi...  So, I am just letting this slip it gets the*drum roll please* Sacred Rateless!!!!!!  So be looking for my review once it gets closer to release date.  And Linda,  I can't thank you enough for sending it through the mail along with all the additional stuff. ;)

   With Bookish Love,
