Since it is my bloggoversery. I am so excited to announce that Courtney's Book Nook is no longer going to be called Courtney's Book Nook. I have noticed Courtney's Book Nook title just does have any Bang to it. So I thought of an intresting title when I was discussing Easy by Tamara Weber with some author friends.
I was teasing how I wanted to lock the main character- Landon- in my virtual basement and keep him there forever. Then I came up with an amazing title- or atleast it is awesome to me. Locked In My Basement.
What do you people think? Should I change my blog title to that or just leave plain old boring Courtney's Book Nook! I need your help!!!

I like locked in my basement but I really love Book Nook!! I will still read your blog either way!!

Ooh, too many decisions! I've always liked the Book Nook title, but "Locked in my Basement" would be soooo uniquely YOU! Books Ahoy has a good idea too. It could be The Book Hostage with a subtitle about all the book boyfriends you have locked in your basement. I don't know. Like I said, too many good titles to choose from. I'll also still follow you not matter what!
ReplyDeleteI agree with what the others have said. I’ve always thought “Book Nook” was cute and witty. However, if I do a Google search for that, a few other blogs do come up. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen any book blogs titled “Locked in my Basement,” so it would be quite original.
DeleteI also really like “The Book Hostage” or perhaps you could go with “The Hero Trap” or maybe combine the two for something like “Hero Hostages in my Basement.”
Not sure if all this helps or not. Sorry if it just makes you more confused! LOL ;)
